How many pieces of tape make an average full head of hair extensions?

40 pieces = 20 Sandwiches ( 1 packet of Knightro Hair Extensions )

What lengths do they come in?

18inch, 20inch, 22inch, 24inch and 26inch - We can also exclusively source hair upto 32inchs

What colours do they come in?

Refer to our colour chart in our shop tab 

How often do you need to move up the tape hair extensions?

Every 6 to 10 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. 

 What products not to use?

Do not use any products that have protein, sulphate and keratin in them as it will damage your hair extension quality.

 Can you colour the hair extensions?

We do not recommend or guarantee colouring, however if you do, you can only colour from lighter to darker NOT darker to lighter. You can use toner as well. Do NOT bleach.
 

What does it mean when the tape becomes sticky?

High heat is usually the cause of this is such as extra hot showers, hair dryers & straighteners.
 

How long till I can wash my hair once the tape hair extensions have been applied?

48 hours 

How to stop matting?

When you sleep your hair can create knots so to ensure no matting or knots please make sure you run your fingers throughout the tops of your hair extensions daily, this way it separates the your own hair and hair extensions from becoming knotted or matted. Do not air dry your hair extensions and do not sleep with wet hair. When brushing your hair extensions be gentle when brushing. PS - BRUSH YOUR HAIR DAILY🖤
